Ok, disregard the last one and then tell me what is similar about the rest of them.

Right you are!  They are all about time.  More pointedly Timing.

Today’s Mental Moment…

is about timing too…

Wow.  Who’d a  thunk it?  There was so much wrong with that sentence.  Oh well onward and forward, time is ticking away and I only have a moment.  Or ..3.

Consider This:

There are many things that we do every day that require the perfect timing and many things that happen to go much smoother with perfect of near perfect timing.

A lot of timing is intuition, some is training (think music and comedy or acting) some is just plain dumb luck.

There is music or telling a joke, or asking to borrow money or taking a picture or any number of things that just a moment sooner or later could result in a different outcome then expected.

How about rush hour traffic?  If you left your office say a half hour earlier., would you miss the traffic?  Or spent n extra half hour catching up on some work would you miss 2 hours stuck in gridlock?

Or…

Making a doctor appointment for your kid when they have an earache?  Too soon and you get sent home with nothing for it and too late, you end up in the ER in the middle of the night with a miserable child with a raging fever.

Playing the stock market?  Too soon or too late could mean the difference between making a killing or being wiped out.

Playing the lottery ?  Be in line at just the right time and you win, he one before or after and you are kicking yourself.

How about knowing when a friend needs a hug or an ear, or some creative new profanity? Too soon and you are pushy, too late and well, you are a day late and a dollar short.  or possibly just come across as insensitive.

Anyways, it wa just something I thought was time to point out.  Kinda make you go hmmmmm.
